कुछ सूत्रों से पता चला है कि कुछ बेईमान तत्व एम्स ऋषिकेश में चल रही भर्ती परीक्षाओं में अभ्यर्थियों को पास कराने का आश्वासन देकर उनसे पैसे ऐंठने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं , जो अभ्यर्थियों को गुमराह करने और एम्स की छवि खराब करने का कृत्य है। एम्स की सभी परीक्षाएं बहुत ही निष्पक्ष एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से आयोजित की जा रही हैं। यदि कोई अवांछित तत्व ऐसा कोई झूठा दावा करता है तो इस आपराधिक कृत्य के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
