S.O . 1826(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012) , the Central Government hereby re-constitutes the All India Institute of Medical Sciences , Rishikesh consisting of the following members , namely :-
- Member under clause (a) of Section 4 :
- Prof. Om Prakash Singh Negi, Vice Chancellor, Uttarakhand Open University Haldwani, Uttarakhand
- Member under clause (b) of Section 4 :
- Director General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India – ex -officio
- Member under clause (c) of Section 4:
- The Director of the Institute – ex-officio
- Member under clause (d) of Section 4:
- Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India – Representative of Ministry of Finance
- Director, National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, Uttarakhand- Representative of Ministry of Human Resource Development

The terms of Office of the members shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
