Research Methodology Workshop
A Workshop Course on Basics of Research Methodology & Biostatistics was organised by Research cell for 1st year postgraduate from July to December 2019 in 2 batches. Dr Ajeet Singh Bhadoria Assistant Professor Community & Family Medicine AIIMS Rishikesh and Dr. Rajesh Kathrotia, Associate Professor, Physiology were organizer and batch in-charge of this workshop.

Course had interactive lectures, small group discussions, statistical practical sessions, journal clubs. Topics included were on study design and methods, ethics, publications, knowledge translation and health policy, project, data management, literature review. This course focused on study designs (observational studies, randomized controlled trials), human research ethics, biostatistics. Overall, this workshop provided participants a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of conducting thesis, clinical research and project management. At the end of course, written assessment was conducted for all participants.
